Vagrant Lovers began as a collective of Gil De Ray, Welfare, and others (including Ryan Sambol, CXR), guided by Kirsty Allison, assisted by Joshua Hart. They came together to try to get more radio plays. Some of that worked.
Kirsty stole the name (which originally came from one of her poems) for her collaboration with Gil De Ray, currently being recorded with Kelli Ali (ex-Sneaker Pimps), with guest appearances.
All previous radio-plugging will now be encompassed into Cold Lips, the magazine, which has grown into publishing its first book, and continues to be platform for poet parties.
